Win 555 bottles of 5-Hour Energy for your fire station!
To honor the sacrifice firefighters make each and every day, 5-Hour Energy presents the "Why Our Fire Station is the Hardest Working Fire Station in America" contest. The winning stationhouse, selected by 5-Hour Energy, will receive 555 bottles of
5-Hour Energy to provide an energy boost during those long shifts fighting fires, and have a photo
of their unit featured on 5hourenergy.com.
The award is open to all municipal and volunteer fire stations, so if you would like to nominate your
station for the award, simply fill out the following form and tell us in 250 words or less why your
station is the Hardest Working Fire Station in America.
The deadline to fill out the form below is 11:59 P.M. ET, September 30, 2009. The winning fire station will be announced
about October 30, 2009.
 How to submit your fire station:
- We'll need your name, address, phone number, Fire Station Number, Station address, and the Number of firefighters at the station, as well as an e-mail address (if applicable) for the fire station and your story in 250 words or less.
- Limit one entry per fire station. All entries will become the sole property of Living Essentials and will not be returned.
- Make it at least PG-13. No profanity, offensive material, etc..
If the story is inappropriate,
you won’t get posted, and you
won’t be eligible to win!
- Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the contest.
- By submitting your fire station name you agree to contest rules (click here) and to its terms and conditions (below).
Contest Terms and Conditions
I hereby grant permission to 5-Hour Energy to use my photograph(s), video(s) or stories ("Content") on its World Wide Web site, in its products/services or in other official printed publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge 5-Hour Energy's right to scale or treat the Content at its discretion. 5-Hour Energy has full authority as to which Content they choose to publish and is not required nor obligated to use any Content that I submit.
I also acknowledge that 5-Hour Energy may choose not to use my Content at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Content or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Content.
I understand the internet is accessible to the general public. In giving consent, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless 5-Hour Energy from any and all responsibility or liability related to the Content. I do certify that I am of legal age and possess full legal right to the Content and the legal capacity to authorize the release of the Content. I have read this release and I fully understand and agree to the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
